Cultivating Mental Fortitude
Our weekly themes reflect essential characteristics gymnasts must possess to be successful in the sport. Through interactive games, projects, and group discussions coaches help campers understand the meaning and importance of possessing the characteristic of the week.
Campers receive daily instruction from our experienced coaching staff on all four Olympic events which including, Bars and/or Parallel Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault.
At the end of the week campers get to show of their skills in our Friday Camp Exhibition.
Wednesdays are dedicated to nutrition education. Through hands-on, experiential learning campers will learn about nutrition's key role in shaping strong, healthy athletes. The day culminates with campers whipping up their own healthy, snack concoction in the afternoon.
